How do I book?
By contacting us directly through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. We'll confirm availability for your dates and walk you through the rest.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for monthly stays during the off-season.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
A deposit by bank transfer is always required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is paid in cash on arrival.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is strict: bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If your plans might change, we'd recommend travel insurance for flexibility.
Why book direct instead of through Airbnb or Booking.com?
Booking direct gets you our best available rate, since there's no platform commission built into the price, plus faster, more personal communication with us throughout your stay.

What time is check-in and check-out, and how does it work?
Check-in is after 13:00 and check-out is before 10:00. A slightly earlier check-in or later check-out is sometimes possible, depending on other guests' arrival or departure that day, so just ask. We meet you in person to hand over the keys and show you around; there's no lockbox or self check-in.
What's included in the apartment?
Free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a TV in every room. Every building has its own elevator. Bed linens and towels are provided, with extra sets for stays of 5 nights or longer.
Is smoking, hosting parties, or bringing pets allowed?
Smoking is fine on the balcony but not indoors. Parties, events, and pets aren't allowed.
Do you offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out?

You won't need a car. Everything is within walking distance, and the bus stop is right outside. We don't run transfers ourselves, but we're happy to guide you toward reliable local options for the airport or ferry.
