Is it safe to book direct?
Yes. These are the same apartments you'll find on Airbnb and Booking.com, where past guests rate us 4.9 and 9.8. You can read every review there before you book, and message us on WhatsApp with any question.
How do I book?
By contacting us directly through our contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email. We'll confirm availability for your dates and walk you through the rest.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
A 20% deposit by bank transfer is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is paid in cash on arrival.
Are there any extra fees?
No. The price we quote is final, and nothing is added on top.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for stays of 28 nights or more during the off-season.
What's your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is strict: bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If your plans might change, we'd recommend travel insurance for flexibility.
What time is check-in and check-out, and how does it work?
Check-in is after 13:00 and check-out is before 10:00. A slightly earlier check-in or later check-out is sometimes possible, depending on other guests' arrival or departure that day, so just ask. Late arrivals are no problem: you can check in at any hour, so just tell us when you expect to arrive.
What's included in the apartment?
Air conditioning and a TV in every room, free high-speed Wi-Fi fast enough to work on, a washing machine, and a kitchen with everything you need to cook a real meal. Bed linens and towels are provided, with extra sets in the apartment, and every building has an elevator.
Do you offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can hold your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Is smoking, hosting parties, or bringing pets allowed?
Smoking is fine on the balcony but not indoors. Parties, events, and pets aren't allowed.
How far is the beach?
At most a 2-minute walk from any of our apartments.
Is parking available?
We don't have our own parking. There is street parking around the building, and paid public and private parking lots a short walk away.
Do I need a car, and do you offer transfers?
You won't need a car. Everything is within walking distance, and the bus stop is right outside. We don't run transfers ourselves, but we're happy to guide you toward reliable local options for the airport or ferry.
