What a month here is like
Vlorë's Lungomare is at its best when it is quiet. If you are thinking of renting for a month or more, we would be glad to hear from you.
- Is it furnished?
- Completely. Every apartment is rented furnished — beds made up, cookware in the cupboards, towels in the bathroom. You arrive with a suitcase.
- Can I cook properly?
- Stove, oven, microwave, proper cookware and a dining table, with a washing machine. After a few weeks, eating out every night stops being a holiday.
- Will I be warm in winter?
- Every room has an air conditioner that heats as well as cools, so you warm the rooms you are actually using. No radiators, and no central heating to pay for.
- Can I work from here?
- Free Wi-Fi throughout every apartment. Guests have worked from all four.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on the apartment and your dates, so we quote each stay. Water and electricity sit outside the rent and are billed at cost, on the meter.
- Who am I dealing with?
- Us. We own the apartments and we live locally, so the person answering your message is the person who hands you the keys.

Questions people ask
How much does a monthly stay cost?
From €400 a month for our smallest apartment. The figure depends on which apartment, your dates and how long you are staying, so send us your dates and we will come back with a price.
What is not included in the rent?
Water and electricity. Water is a fixed 2,000 lek a month, and electricity is 13 lek per kWh on the meter. We read the meter with you when you arrive and again when you leave, so you can see exactly what you used. Nothing else is added.
How do I book, and what do I pay when?
To hold the apartment we ask for half of the first month by bank transfer. The rest is paid in cash when you arrive, along with a deposit towards the utilities. If you are staying two months or more, the last month is paid on arrival as well and held until you leave. Rent and utilities are then settled each month.
What is already in the apartment?
Everything you need to live rather than camp: a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and proper cookware, a washing machine, bed linens and towels with spare sets, an iron, a hair dryer and hot water. Free Wi-Fi throughout, an air conditioner in every room that heats as well as cools, and a lift in every building.
